Bali memiliki minuman tradisional yang alami dan menyehatkan bernama Loloh. Mirip dengan Jamu kalau di-Indonesiakan. Loloh biasanya dinamai dengan nama daun yang dipakai sebagai bahan dasar pembuatannya. Terdapat banyak jenis loloh berdasarkan beberapa jenis daun yang bisa dan umum dipakai di Bali, salah satunya Daun Cemceman.  Loloh Cemceman (Kecemcem:Indonesia, Spondias pinata KURZ:latin)  yang aslinya berasal dari 

daerah Kabupaten Bangli termasuk loloh yang paling populer saat ini.

Loloh Cemceman sangat cocok dipadukan dengan masakan Bali seperti ikan bakar dan pepes ikan. Untuk menambah citarasa, loloh umumnya ditambahkan bumbu lain seperti garam, gula, madu dan bisa dikombinasikan dengan irisan kelapa muda.
Minuman ini sangat efektif untuk menyegarkan perut dan meringankan pengaruh bumbu-bumbu makanan yg keras.

Karena Loloh dibuat dari bahan-bahan yang alami seperti daun, garam, gula, madu dan irisan kelapa muda. Dan tentunya tanpa bahan pengawet, maka minuman ini akan kadaluarsa dalam 2 hari atau bisa bertahan selama 3 hari kalau disimpan dalam lemari pendingin. Dan untuk orang yang pertama kali merasakan Loloh akan merasakan sensasi karena banyak rasa didalamnya. Dalam beberapa kasus, rasa loloh bisa tidak bersahabat dengan lidah, namun bagi sebagian orang yang mengetahui fungsi loloh untuk penyegaran, Loloh sangatlah enak.

The named of Loloh based on the leaf which used as the material of it. There are various kind of Loloh based on several leaves which can be or generally use in Bali, one of them is Cemceman leaf. Loloh Cemceman (Kecemcem:Indonesia, Spondias pinata KURZ:latin) which originally from Bangli Regency in one of the most popular loloh in Bali. And it is a perfect mate for Balinese tasty grilled fish and steamed fish. 

To make it more tasty, generally loloh will combined with other ingredients like honey, salt, sugar and also can be combined with slices of young coconut. This beverage is effective to refresh your stomach and relieve the effect of strong ingredients dishes.

Since Loloh is made from natural ingredients such as leaves, salt, sugar, honey and  coconut slices. And its absolutely made without preservatives. So, this drink will be expired up to 2 days or you can keep it in refrigerator for only 3 days. For someone who savors this beverage for the first time will feel the sensation because of many sense in it. In the case of taste Loloh will not be so friendly for the tongue. But for some people knowing the function to make body fresh and stomach comfortable, Loloh is so yummy.
